Dr Timothy Hodgson, M.Sec.Studs, M.Th., PhD., is a military chaplain with the Royal Australian Air Force, with twenty year’s service and deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, Middle East and Timor. He has previously served as Executive Officer, Uniting Care South Australia. He developed Pastoral Narrative Disclosure (with Assoc. Prof.  Lindsay Carey) to address moral injury after conducting the first empirical study of moral injury in the Australian Defence Force in 2016 for which they awarded the Australaisan Military Medicine Association (AMMA)  Weary Dunlop Award (2019).
